Tech Service Hours
Our technicians take their trucks home at night, and before they even wake up, our trucks are restocked daily through our VMI. Because the trucks are fully-supplied, our technicians can head straight to your home! This is just one way we ensure our 5-Star Service is always fast and reliable.
Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 10:00PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Our office staff answers the phone during the hours listed below. After hours, our phones are transferred to an answering service, so you still get a live person on the phone. On Christmas and Thanksgiving, you can leave a message, and we will return your call the next business day.

What happens if I call after hours?
WEEKDAY HOURS: Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 10:00PM
If you call us after our weekday hours, your call goes to our after-hours service. A representative will take your information and note the reason for your call. They will then contact the on-call technician or manager, who will call you back to confirm their arrival time.
WEEKEND HOURS: Saturday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
If you call after hours on Sunday (Sunday 6:00 PM to Monday 6:00 AM), you can leave a voicemail with your details, and we will call you back when we are in the office Monday morning. If you call on Christmas or Thanksgiving, you can also leave a voicemail with your information, and we will call you back on the next business day.
Am I charged more after hours?
You will pay a little more to get a technician to your home after hours but they do not charge more for the work you want them to perform. Our prices come directly from our pricing guide; therefore, we do not have a different set of prices for work performed in the evening or on weekends.
Why are you closed Sundays?

Our technicians are available on Sunday; our office staff are still available by phone from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you call after hours, your information will be collected, and you will receive a call on Monday morning as soon as we are back in the office.
What if I have a warranty issue?
We are happy to honor any warranty on our work or equipment. If you have an issue that you feel is still covered under warranty, please call us. For more warranty details, click here.
