Any Hour Services was wonderful to work with when our system went out in the heat of summer. AHS came out quickly, gave us a quote on several different options, and promptly got our new system installed. Their technicians were professional and thoughtful when they entered our home, and followed up to make sure our system was at optimal performance. He was super friendly and explained everything he saw going on with our system well, and made sure that we understood our options. James was truly professional, yet personable, which is hard to find these days. I give James 5 stars!!!

Tech was friendly and professional. Explained what the process was, explained what the possibilities could be and what the potential options were. Triaged and started with the least invasive troubleshooting method, which appeared to solve the issue. Explained "after care". Overall positive experience, will most likely call again if there is an issue.

He has such a great relationship with his crew that is so amazing. They all care about doing a great job. And Steve that came and dropped off all the products. I have never been so impressed on the hard work and care they put into my job. I needed a new water line from my meter to my house. They explained everything from A to Z and really cared to do a good job. You don’t see people now days that care as much as they all do. I’m honestly so impressed! I’m so very grateful for them! Techs are always knowledgeable about their systems. They take the time to show and explain any potential gaps without a pushy sales pitch. Nic Slater was my tech this visit (routine maintenance) and he was awesome.

They've provided good service on short notice for multiple projects, but I particularly want to thank Justin C for his outstanding professionalism and general knowledge - as well as his deep knowledge of our older, rare fixtures. He knew what he was doing and did it right, though it took some extra effort. A few decades ago, this would be the guy who's company everyone was calling, and who was training the next generation of plumbers. I told him he reminded me of a lot of the best craftsmen I've known in many fields.
