The customer service was wonderful. The crew that came out included Jerry, James, Edwardo, Gavin, Dan, Marcelo and Luigi. They were such a hard working crew. Going above and beyond the work that was required. I will never hesitate to call Any Hour for future jobs! Such a pleasure to have met them even under such an unpleasant task. Thank you Any Hour Services!!! I also want to mention Jerry. He was the plumber that fixed everything on the inside and under the house so everything works smoothly. 5 stars to you Jerry!!!

Colton was very professional. He spent quite a bit of time and made sure that I was well informed. He got me hooked up with the service professionals that I need. He is very personable and did not act like a used car salesman. He is welcome in my home anytime.

Braden Matthews was excellent. He is knowledgeable and addressed our needs appropriately. In addition he was honest and kind.

I have called Any Hour out to my house 3 times now. Isaac one of the plumbers has help me twice. Everytime they have came out they have been amazing. Quality of work is great, customer service is wonderful. They give you a up front price before they start the work. And they are always willing to explain what they are doing or what went wrong. Highly recommend.

Our less than 6yr old water heater stopped working last Sat in April. Called in to Any Hour and was able to get someone out within a few hours. Andrew showed up to take a look and break the news that our unit was toast 😳. Andrew was fantastic at providing options and solutions to get us back up and running same day! He was quick to point out all the poor install practices that were used for the dead unit (thanks to our contactor who built houses in our area). We ended up going to a tank- less unit, works amazing but crying still about the cost.

Russell was great! He explained everything very simply for me to understand, answered all my questions, and fixed everything the same day! I would highly recommend using this company.

We’ve loved using Any Hour so far. The pricing is good and every technician we’ve had come out has been awesome. Remmington was super helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed fixed. Appreciated how patient he was with our kids, and our limited electrical knowledge. 😅 I’m sure we’ll be using Any Hour services again soon enough. 😂

I have used Any Hour snd other plumbing services before however Herbert was by far the best tech I have worked with. He was on time to the minute, friendly, up front about the various options and overall great to work with. I will use any hour in the future and hope to work with Herbert again.
