Any Hour Services Warranties

If you are experiencing an issue with work we performed that you believe to be under warranty, please call the office during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM). We are happy to assist you and schedule a technician to come to your home if needed.

Below is basic information about the warranties on our workmanship and materials. If you have a question about the warranty on work performed at your home, please call us at 801-443-7272 and a manager will return your call and answer any questions you have.

1 year warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. This applies to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the parts we used have failed, replacement parts are installed or the work is redone at no additional charge. Sometimes after a repair is made, other components in the system can stop working. If the issue is with another component of the system, your technician will give you a price for other repair options.

Up to 10 years warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Extended warranties are available. This applies to an air conditioner, furnace, water heater, electrical meter, electrical panel, or any other large equipment that we have installed/replaced. If you have questions about the terms of your warranty, please call.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the equipment we used have failed, the work is redone at no additional charge. If something else is causing the failure, the technician will take the time to explain to you what is going on and what your options are.

Work is under warranty for 30 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

1 year - Secondary drain line jetting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

1 year* - Main sewer line jetting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

*must be inspected by a supervisor with a sewer camera before receiving a 1 year warrantied

20 years labor and materials* -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Each sewer spot repair will receive a detailed warranty sheet. A supervisor will review all of the details of the warranty before the install is done. Customers should receive a copy for their records. If you need a copy or have questions, please call the office.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

*Does not include the connection points to the old existing pipe, or the old sections of the pipe that were not repaired.

20 years labor and material: Full sewer main line replacement from the house to the City, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material: Pipe Lining -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material: Pipe Bursting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

5 years labor and materials -- unless otherwise stated on the invoice

10 year labor and up to 10 year manufacturer warranty, as per the Solar Sales Agreement.

Each solar install will receive a detailed warranty sheet. A supervisor will review all of the details of the warranty before the install is done. Customers should receive a copy for their records. If you need a copy or have questions, please call the office.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

If you have equipment that is under warranty from the manufacturer, this usually covers the parts / equipment. It does not include labor to repair or replace the equipment.

Your technician can contact the manufacturer / distributor to verify whether the parts or equipment are in stock or have to be shipped. They can also provide you with options for installation of the replacement parts or equipment.

Any Hour Services only warranties parts, materials, and equipment we supply to perform the job. This way, if there is an issue, we have access to the correct parts to replace or repair the work performed. Therefore, when we install customer-supplied materials, we do not warranty the supplied materials. We do warranty the labor and workmanship or the work performed.

Additionally, we do not warranty work performed if the customer chooses to make a temporary repair. The technicians document such cases and make this known before any work begins.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty that can't wait until Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday, up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.

I had the unfortunate experience of a clogged sewer line, which then flooded my basement. Any Hour Services was the company I decided to call in. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mark to diagnose what happened and the even more unfortunate event of finding one of my lines outside had bellied. He spend many hours going over my options and we landing on a repair that I felt comfortable with. Until the buyers’ remorse set in, but Mark still walked me through everything and put every stress and fear aside. He answered my many texts and questions in a timely manner and was very personable. Huge shout out to Mark!! Next up, waiting to get on their books. It was quite the wait, but now I know why. The crew that came to repair the exterior line and replace the interior were absolutely phenomenal. They kept me in the loop on the entire project with updates and a “Hey, come see what we are working on!” They took pride in their work and were eager to show me the progress. That put me completely at ease. It’s daunting watching a large portion of your driveway get torn apart, but Logan, Beto and Octavio worked wonders. It was fascinating to watch the teamwork between Logan in the machine to Beto giving small gestures of what needed to happen. Dan went above and beyond for me when they discovered another joint that wasn’t sitting very well and did a great job fixing it on the fly, all while he kept me entertained with the “it’s a hole” dance and his numerous jokes to make a stressful moment less tense. The interior crew worked swift and took care to put protection down on the floors while they made the numerous trips in and out of my home. Mike started the job off and again, kept me in the loop with his entire progress and when the time came to hand the project off to the next crew, he reassured me that I was getting a dream team. Edgar, Hugo and Abraham finished the job up and I am still impressed with the layout they came up with for the new interior pipes and smooth concrete that is currently setting. I am beyond impressed at the work that was done in 3 days to put this massive headache behind me. The prices may feel steep, but you also get a wonderful experience (with a warranty) from the entire team! The only piece of feedback I have is requiring a lower deposit. I understand needing to solidify the agreement and needing to get permits, but that was a hard pill to swallow especially since the work didn’t start until 2 months prior to the job starting. Overall, I had an amazing experience and wouldn’t hesitate to award this company future bids. Thank you all!

Riley was amazing along with Victor. I really appreciate all the work they did to get my bathroom sink draining again.
