Any Hour Services Warranties

If you are experiencing an issue with work we performed that you believe to be under warranty, please call the office during our regular business hours (Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM). We are happy to assist you and schedule a technician to come to your home if needed.

Below is basic information about the warranties on our workmanship and materials. If you have a question about the warranty on work performed at your home, please call us at 801-443-7272 and a manager will return your call and answer any questions you have.

1 year warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. This applies to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the parts we used have failed, replacement parts are installed or the work is redone at no additional charge. Sometimes after a repair is made, other components in the system can stop working. If the issue is with another component of the system, your technician will give you a price for other repair options.

Up to 10 years warranty on labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Extended warranties are available. This applies to an air conditioner, furnace, water heater, electrical meter, electrical panel, or any other large equipment that we have installed/replaced. If you have questions about the terms of your warranty, please call.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the equipment we used have failed, the work is redone at no additional charge. If something else is causing the failure, the technician will take the time to explain to you what is going on and what your options are.

Work is under warranty for 30 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

1 year - Secondary drain line jetting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

1 year* - Main sewer line jetting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

*must be inspected by a supervisor with a sewer camera before receiving a 1 year warrantied

20 years labor and materials* -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

Each sewer spot repair will receive a detailed warranty sheet. A supervisor will review all of the details of the warranty before the install is done. Customers should receive a copy for their records. If you need a copy or have questions, please call the office.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

*Does not include the connection points to the old existing pipe, or the old sections of the pipe that were not repaired.

20 years labor and material: Full sewer main line replacement from the house to the City, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material: Pipe Lining -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material: Pipe Bursting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

5 years labor and materials -- unless otherwise stated on the invoice

10 year labor and up to 10 year manufacturer warranty, as per the Solar Sales Agreement.

Each solar install will receive a detailed warranty sheet. A supervisor will review all of the details of the warranty before the install is done. Customers should receive a copy for their records. If you need a copy or have questions, please call the office.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours (Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

If you have equipment that is under warranty from the manufacturer, this usually covers the parts / equipment. It does not include labor to repair or replace the equipment.

Your technician can contact the manufacturer / distributor to verify whether the parts or equipment are in stock or have to be shipped. They can also provide you with options for installation of the replacement parts or equipment.

Any Hour Services only warranties parts, materials, and equipment we supply to perform the job. This way, if there is an issue, we have access to the correct parts to replace or repair the work performed. Therefore, when we install customer-supplied materials, we do not warranty the supplied materials. We do warranty the labor and workmanship or the work performed.

Additionally, we do not warranty work performed if the customer chooses to make a temporary repair. The technicians document such cases and make this known before any work begins.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty that can't wait until Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday, up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.

I called to get a quote from Any Hour Electrical and asked that they send an experienced Electrician, because I wanted to make sure that no shortcuts would be taken in installing some canless lights in my basement office. I was impressed first by the texts letting me know just when my electrician would be arriving. That was very helpful in planning my day. When Jake Merrill showed up, I knew within just a few minutes of talking to him that he had the knowledge and experience to do the job I was needing done. I knew I could trust him to give me a knowledgable and fair quote. Jake is very passionate about what he does as an Electrician and he loves his job and it shows. I am beyond impressed with Any Hour Electrical for keeping an employee as valuable as Jake employed and so happy with his job. He is such a great representative for their company. Frank arrived on time. He worked really hard to solve our issue - went above and beyond. Ultimately, we couldn't get it unclogged - but I felt really good about the effort and extra-mile he went to. All I can say is wow. We had 2 different services preformed with three different techs. All of which were professional, kind, and showed that they would do all they could to solve the unique problem we were having. Lloyd was our drain tech who jetted our pipes (for $299!!! Other companies quoted us upwards of $600). He explained everything he did and left no trace. Devin Cox is the man. He spent what seemed like most of his day to solving our issues. He explained the theory to us and repiped past work that wasn’t ideal. I never felt that he was itching to leave and move on without making sure we were taken care of. I will always try and request Devin moving forward. Mark was our cam-in-line tech. He came in clutch! He was called in last minute by Devin to cam our pipes to see what was going on. After our pipes came back looking great, he took his leave. BUT 5min later he came back with an idea to help solve another issue we were having! I don’t know how many people would actually do that rather than just leave. So happy with everyone!
