Any Hour Services Warranties

If you are experiencing an issue with work we performed, that you believe to be under warranty, please call the office (Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM). They will be able to assist you and schedule a technician to come to your home if needed.

Below is basic information about the warranties on our workmanship and materials. If you have a question about the warranty on work performed at your home, please call us at 801-443-7272 and a manager would be happy to return your call and answer any questions you have.

1 year labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. This applies to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours ( Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the parts we used have failed, replacement parts are installed or the work is redone at no additional charge. Sometimes after a repair is made, other components in the system can stop working. If the issue is with another component of the system, your technician will give you a price for other repair options.

Up to 10 years labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Extended warranties are available. This applies to an air conditioner, furnace, water heater, electrical meter, electrical panel, or any other large equipment installed/replaced. If you have questions about the term of your warranty, please call.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours ( Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

If it is determined that the work we performed or the equipment we used have failed, the work is redone at no additional charge. If something else is causing the failure, the technician will take the time to explain to you what is going on and what your options are.

30 days unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

*must be inspected by a supervisor with a sewer camera before receiving a 1 year warrantied

20 years labor and material* -- unless otherwise (*Does not include the connection points to the old existing pipe, or the old sections of the pipe that were not repaired.)

20 years labor and material - Full sewer main line replacement from the house to the City, unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material - Pipe Lining -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 years labor and material - Pipe Bursting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

5 years labor and materials -- unless otherwise stated on the invoice

10 year labor and up to 10 year manufacturer warranty. Below is what is on our Solar Sales Agreement (contract).

Each solar install will receive a detailed warranty sheet. A supervisor will review all of the details of the warranty before the install is done. Customers should receive a copy for their records. If you need a copy or have a question, please call the office.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours ( Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

If you have equipment that is under warranty from the manufacturer, this usually covers the parts / equipment. It does not include labor to repair or replace the equipment.

You technician can contact the manufacturer / distributor to verify the parts or equipment are in stock or have to be shipped. They can also show you what it would take to install the replacement parts or equipment.

Any Hour Services only warranties parts, materials, and equipment we supply to perform the job. This way if there is an issue we have access to the correct parts to replace or repair the work performed. Therefore when we install customer supplied materials we do not warranty the supplied materials. We do warranty the labor and workmanship or the work performed.

There are other circumstances that we do not warranty the work performed if the customer chooses to make a temporary repair. The technicians document such cases and make this known before any work begins.

If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty and you can’t wait till Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday, up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.

I can't say I've ever had a service performed so thorough and attentive as Lyle's. He went above and beyond what was expected. (even clearing a rodent nest in my air return which I had no knowledge of being there! YUCK!). And to top it off, after he used our bathroom; he made a small adjustment to the bathroom faucet and gave tips to my son to fix another. I'm a single mom and Lyle C even took the time to explain to my 14 year old the mechanics of a furnace, which will be helpful in the future. If I ever need any HVAC service again; please, please send Lyle C. He was so pleasant and very professional. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. Any Hour is fortunate to have him as one of your star employees.

I had a Zinsco panel and wanted to upgrade to a safer panel. Chris and Austin did an amazing job. They were great at explaining what was going on and were very friendly throughout the entire experience. Chris did a great job at explaining my different options and helped me choose one that suited my needs. The installation was fast, they cleaned up after themselves and even labeled all my breakers. The service was amazing overall and I would definitely recommend Any Hour!

Any Hour was great to work with. They had a technician dispatched the very next morning and were great about communicating with me so I knew what to expect.Franco was very polite and professional, even putting covers on his shoes when he entered the house. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He also made notes of other things that could be improved and gave me tips on how to better care for the furnace. Will definitely be calling them next time!

Edit to previous review - we had another small issue with a drain and Valen was able to go above and beyond to not only fix it, but try to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Thanks again!Zach R. was able to come earlier than scheduled (which I had requested), finished the work quickly, and made a bad situation better. Not only that, he was able to route the new drain line in a much better way than it had been previously placed. I'm a fan, and will be a repeat customer.

Mark was awesome! We recently had renovations done and some how, some styrofoam packaging material got sucked up into the blower, and melted into the heat exchangers, spreading an awful smell all through the house. Mark took everything apart, grinded the melted and hardened plastic off the heat exchangers, and made everything sparkle. It's like we got a brand new furnace!Beyond that, Mark was inviting, personable, and ultimately the time was worth every bit of the cost. I joked that I wouldn't mind the furnace being broken again because it was such a great experience. Oh, and he got here around 6:30 and worked all the way to 10:30! That's dedication. Other places we had looked at didn't have availability until next week, but Any Hour was available today, the same day I called - a Friday night, even! Now our furnace is working like new again, and we are sleeping warm tonight! Thanks, Mark!
