If you are experiencing an issue with work we performed, that you believe to be under warranty, please call the office (Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM). They will be able to assist you and schedule a technician to come to your home if needed.
Below is basic information about the warranties on our workmanship and materials. If you have a question about the warranty on work performed at your home, please call us at 801-443-7272 and a manager would be happy to return your call and answer any questions you have.
1 year labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. This applies to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty, call the office and a technician will be scheduled to come to your home and resolve the issue. No service fees are charged for this visit when scheduled during regular service hours ( Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
If it is determined that the work we performed or the parts we used have failed, replacement parts are installed or the work is redone at no additional charge. Sometimes after a repair is made, other components in the system can stop working. If the issue is with another component of the system, your technician will give you a price for other repair options.
Up to 10 years labor and materials unless otherwise noted on the invoice. Extended warranties are available. This applies to an air conditioner, furnace, water heater, electrical meter, electrical panel, or any other large equipment installed/replaced. If it is determined that the work we performed or the equipment we used have failed, the work is redone at no additional charge. If something else is causing the failure, the technician will take the time to explain to you what is going on and what your options are.

10 years labor and material - Pipe Bursting -- unless otherwise noted on the invoice.

10 year labor and up to 10 year manufacturer warranty. Below is what is on our Solar Sales Agreement (contract).

If you have equipment that is under warranty from the manufacturer, this usually covers the parts / equipment. It does not include labor to repair or replace the equipment.
You technician can contact the manufacturer / distributor to verify the parts or equipment are in stock or have to be shipped. They can also show you what it would take to install the replacement parts or equipment.
Any Hour Services only warranties parts, materials, and equipment we supply to perform the job. This way if there is an issue we have access to the correct parts to replace or repair the work performed. Therefore when we install customer supplied materials we do not warranty the supplied materials. We do warranty the labor and workmanship or the work performed.
There are other circumstances that we do not warranty the work performed if the customer chooses to make a temporary repair. The technicians document such cases and make this known before any work begins.
If there is an issue you believe to be under warranty and you can’t wait till Monday, please call another company to fix your issue. If you have to pay for work that is under warranty from Any Hour Services, we will reimburse you the cost of the repairs that were made on Sunday, up to $250. Contact us Monday and a manager can help you submit your invoice for reimbursement.
