When it comes to repair cost, no one likes surprises. That is why we send a technician to your home to look at what you’re wanting done before quoting a price. You’ll know the cost and understand the work being done before we start. The price you are given is in writing, has no hidden fees and is guaranteed not to change as long as the work you want done doesn’t change.
A licensed/certified technician will come to you home to look at what and where the work is being performed. Our first priority is to fully understand what you want done so we can show you different options to accomplish it. Because every situation is unique, we insist on seeing the job before a price is give so there are no crucial details missed. If there is a way to save you money, we want to find it for you.
Since every situation is different, we don't have ballpark pricing we can give out over the phone, but our techs are able to quote you a price once they have evaluated the situation. They will give you a straight forward price with all your options BEFORE any work begins. Once you agree to the service and the price, our techs have the necessary tools and parts in their vehicles and can start working immediately if you so choose.
Question we need Any Hour to Answer: When do and don’t they charge dispatch fees. It looks like different services have different dispatch fees and in some cases none is charged
Instead of having an hourly rate, we have what is called a dispatch fee. Which is the cost for one of our technicians to come out to your home, take a look at the problem and go over prices and options with you as far as repairs. Our normal dispatch fee in our drains/ plumbing/ solar/ HVAC department is $X.
Question we need Any Hour to Answer: When does the dispatch fee count towards the service?
We do charge a slightly higher rate for service calls after 5:00 p.m.
We believe in getting the job done right. If a technician is sent as a call back we will gladly waive the dispatch fee for you.
